Get ready for a festival of transformation! One Light Fest is brimming with activities to supercharge your personal growth and community experience.
Kundalini Yoga is like a turbo boost for your body, mind, and spirit! It amps your physical strength, endurance, and mental sharpness while leveling up your emotional wellness and spiritual vibes. In class, you'll dive into energizing kriyas, soul-soothing meditations, and uplifting chants—all designed to supercharge your inner transformation.
Aquarian Sadhana involves the daily practice of rising during the Amrit Vela (2 1/2 hours before sunrise) to engage in meditation and the chanting of God's Name. The practice starts with Japji (prayer), followed by Kundalini Yoga, and concludes with the Aquarian Sadhana Meditations.
Everyone is invited to immerse themselves in the Gurdwara experience. Join us for a vibrant service blending Kirtan and traditional Sikh prayers, where we sing and meditate. This enriching spiritual practice aids us in letting go of our finite ego and connecting with the Universal Infinite Self. The presence of the Guru offers a profound opportunity to feel this connection on a deep level.
Sat Nam Rasayan means deep relaxation into your true identity. It is an ancient healing art of pure meditative absorption of the Divine. Operating from a state of total surrender and becoming nothing is a state of Shuniya (stillness). Taking a class will enhance your awareness of the subtle body and expand the capacity of your meditative mind.
Go for a refreshing swim or glide gracefully across the water in a canoe, soaking up the serene beauty of nature. As the sun sets and the sky transforms into a canvas of twinkling stars, gather around the campfire for an evening of warmth and camaraderie. Let the crackling flames and the starry expanse above set the stage for storytelling, laughter, and quiet reflection. At the One Light Event, this magical blend of water fun and celestial wonder creates the perfect backdrop for unforgettable moments and cherished memories.
Imagine an evening where sacred chanting concerts set your spirit soaring, gong meditations create ripples of bliss through your entire being, and dance parties turn the night into a cosmic celebration! This is where ancient melodies soothe the soul, where the vibrations of the gongs guide you into deep relaxation, and dancing becomes a joyful expression of your true self. It is a magical fusion of sacred sounds and vibrant rhythms, inviting you to let loose, tune in, and dance under the stars in a symphony of light and sound.
A one day meditation workshop. White Tantric Yoga® enables you to break through subconscious blocks, so you can have a more enjoyable life. In the shortest time, you can experience release from a lot of the burden you carry in your mind.
PRE- EVENT
Journey 1 of The 21 Stages of Meditation is a two days of deep meditation experience. Journey 1, “The Crystallized Self,” involves feeling our way through the meditative journey and what “stops” us from meditation: frustration, being upset, boredom, etc. Learn how to bring your focus back when thoughts and emotions distract you from realizing your Essential Self.
Join Dr Haridass Kaur and Vedya Amrita Kaur, KRI Certified Teacher Trainers from the Infinite Goddess School, as they lead you through the first 7 Stages of Meditation.

I love the connections we make at the festival with each other and to God and Guru. Getting up early for Aquarian Sadhana, going to Gurdwara and listening to Kirtan and the daily hukum, the warmth and sweetness of prasaad.
I am a KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga Trainer and Teacher that finds immense joy in the art of Seva (selfless service).
Connecting with friends and embracing the gift of service is a soulful celebration that nourishes my spirit every year.
My purpose is one: to inspire awareness and positivity through my lyrics, writings, classes and a life connected to the Guru.
I love coming together with the sat sangat at the winter and summer solstices. It’s like a battery recharge - the sadhana, the chanting, the yoga, the music. It is something that I have been a part of for over 20 years and I’m so happy that it is happening again! Waheguru!
It is my joy to come and serve the community, to be inspired by so many souls vibrating in awe of Wahe Guru...
I have been a part of the winter and summer solstice celebrations since 2010. It’s one of my absolute favorite things to be in community where everyone is helping to make the experience what it is - uplifting! We come together and support each other to create our world - what a gift to give and receive! I love serving on a seva team -like meal serving - it’s the perfect way to bond with fellow yogis, make a contribution and spread the light!
Tej Mohan Singh has been serving in kitchens for over a decade, happily feeding all those who come to our ashrams and festivals. He feels that now more than ever, it is important that people come together to serve, support, and inspire one another - especially surrounded by laughter and good food.
