Ignite The Fire Within

December 18-22 | Camp Geneva, Florida

What is One Light Fest?

The time of the solstice is a powerful period for making quantum leaps in our practice and consciousness. By coming together during these special celestial alignments, we can amplify our directed efforts and intentions. Join us as we unite to raise our collective vibration through movement and the chanting of mantras, building physical vitality and increasing our awareness with daily Aquarian Sadhana, a variety of daily classes, live music, Sat Nam Rasayan, and White Tantric Yoga(R). Whether you are new to kundalini yoga or have been practicing for decades, this is an event for you!

Bask in the precious sunlight as you swim and canoe in the lake. Gaze at the stars as you sit around the campfire. Give yourself the gift of deep cleansing, elevation, rejuvenation, inspiration and connection with your spirit tribe. We warmly welcome you to come together to serve and be served as One Light.

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation classes

Kundalini Yoga is like a turbo boost for your body, mind, and spirit! It amps your physical strength, endurance, and mental sharpness while leveling up your emotional wellness and spiritual vibes. In class, you'll dive into energizing kriyas, soul-soothing meditations, and uplifting chants—all designed to supercharge your inner transformation.

Sadhana

Aquarian Sadhana

Aquarian Sadhana involves the daily practice of rising during the Amrit Vela (2 1/2 hours before sunrise) to engage in meditation and the chanting of God's Name. The practice starts with Japji (prayer), followed by Kundalini Yoga, and concludes with the Aquarian Sadhana Meditations.

Gurdwara

Gurdwara

Everyone is invited to immerse themselves in the Gurdwara experience. Join us for a vibrant service blending Kirtan and traditional Sikh prayers, where we sing and meditate. This enriching spiritual practice aids us in letting go of our finite ego and connecting with the Universal Infinite Self. The presence of the Guru offers a profound opportunity to feel this connection on a deep level.

Siri Simran (SNR)

Sat Nam Rasayan

Sat Nam Rasayan means deep relaxation into your true identity. It is an ancient healing art of pure meditative absorption of the Divine. Operating from a state of total surrender and becoming nothing is a state of Shuniya (stillness). Taking a class will enhance your awareness of the subtle body and expand the capacity of your meditative mind.

Campfire

Outdoor Activities

Go for a refreshing swim or glide gracefully across the water in a canoe, soaking up the serene beauty of nature. As the sun sets and the sky transforms into a canvas of twinkling stars, gather around the campfire for an evening of warmth and camaraderie. Let the crackling flames and the starry expanse above set the stage for storytelling, laughter, and quiet reflection. At the One Light Event, this magical blend of water fun and celestial wonder creates the perfect backdrop for unforgettable moments and cherished memories.

Concert 1

Evening Concerts

Imagine an evening where sacred chanting concerts set your spirit soaring, gong meditations create ripples of bliss through your entire being, and dance parties turn the night into a cosmic celebration! This is where ancient melodies soothe the soul, where the vibrations of the gongs guide you into deep relaxation, and dancing becomes a joyful expression of your true self. It is a magical fusion of sacred sounds and vibrant rhythms, inviting you to let loose, tune in, and dance under the stars in a symphony of light and sound.
